This place used to be awsome a few years ago.. now they can't seem to find my mothers clothes. We told them on day one that the family would do her laundry. Ignored it and continue to remove her clothes from her room and don't return. The more I complained the worse it got! I believe they were taking her clean clothes.There are young men in there that do not belong in that field. Nobody listenes. Sad what this place is now

Absolute worst place to put your family member! My poor grandmother has been put here and the DON who claimed she was for my grandmother, has made it her mission to run and gossip to different family members repeating what others have been saying. They have also put my grandmother on medications to make her further confused and groggy. Not to mention they have advised my aunt to get an attorney to get my grandmother deemed incapacitated. When a facility is this much against “family” I have a real concern with how well they take care of their patients. They also go in daily to remind my grandma that this is a great place and that she should stay. I don’t trust this place nor would I ever put anyone in here. Run!

My aunt has been here for several years. The place is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff are the friendliest most caring and attentive staff I have ever seen in a nursing home. I would feel very comfortable recommending this place to anyone.

Clean facility staff is professional helpful and polite. Yes I have read the reviews but my eyes my ears and my nose and judgment say that this is a good facility hopefully I will not have to use a facility like this again for my family but I will definitely if someone asks will say Brookhaven Health will be a good choice if you need structured care for a family member. PS my dad likes the food and the staff personally and his judgment I trust 100%. Sincerely Akim Hassan Lettner.
