Did a great job. Kept working until they found every issue. They also tested it repeatedly before giving it back and gave a warranty for their work. Not overpriced either. Great people!

While passing through the area, pulling my camper, my truck gave up. After 3 weeks of not knowing what was wrong with it, I called Robert. We had not met as I was in Illinois at the time, I explained my situation to him and he immediately went to work!! He had a tow truck pick up my truck and deliver it to his shop. Within 1 hour he knew what was wrong and the decision was made to repair it. Everything he found I was notified of and he moved forward with it. He told me about different parts, what would work as get by and what would be best. After all the work to the truck we finally met in person upon picking up the truck. I must be honest, he and his staff are among the kindest and most professional people I have met. Unmatched knowledge of my truck and what it needed. Five stars are not

Robert is a very good guy, however I do not recommend his services under most circumstances. What ever amount of time you are told, double it at least. Little or no communication from the shop. Not only myself, but others who rely on their trucks to run their business have missed countless days of work due to poor communication and taking much longer to complete the job than they were told. I have some issue with the work done on my truck as well, a decent repair bill that didn’t fix my truck, all to find it was a simple electrical pin on a connector. I lost a lot of money waiting on my truck to be fixed and when I did receive my truck it was still broken and I had someone else repair it. All in all, Robert is a good guy and I feel like he’s an honest person, but the lack of communicatio

I have read all the reviews for Brooks. My experience with Robert from Brooks went totally different. I took my wrecked truck to this business…I basically got robbed my truck stayed there almost a year…I received no print out of what had been order or anything. I had to remove my truck and take it to another shop.Half of the stuff that was suppose to be completed was not. My money was basically took. Do not pay for any service at this business. Beware
