Brooks Heavy Duty Towing

Brooks Towing is a life-saver, and an absolute necessity for Property Managers. I manage and lease a very large (±70,000+ SF) shopping center in Mobile, and unfortunately our largest tenant went into bankruptcy and closed. The vacancy somehow attracted abandoned cars, and tractor-trailers that were left unattended in the parking lot, sometimes with the engine running for several hours! This is an undue hardship on the Landlord's property and maintenance costs, and is an eyesore that negatively impacts the business for the remaining tenants. At times, I have counted over thirty tractor trailers in the parking lot.
