Raul is a rip off artist.. He charged me $350 and didn't do the work.. He is gonna try to lie and say the part was $350 but the Mercedes dealership says something different.. Raul left the door off my car and tried to charge me $900 to put it back on, and finish the work he was supposed to do for $350.. And the dealership only charged me $550 for the same work.. Do not, I repeat do not go there unless you like being robbed without a gun

I highly recommend this shop, staff very detailed, knowledgeable, great customer service. I brought my car to get repaired for body damage caused by hit & run. I'm not to familiar with body work, owner was very patient and walked me through process since I was having a bad time with insurance paying. They are very professional, and I'm very satisfied with their work. My car looks awesome brand new

Raul and his son did such a great job repairing my car - it looks like new! He also goes above and beyond for his customers. I really appreciate his kindness and communicativeness. Glad to have found someone to trust as my new mechanic as well.

This place is a scam don’t not bring your car here they charged my insurance company 72 hundred dollars for minor scratches and a small tiny dent when I ask why he got over on the insurance he said well they let do it I don’t know why I trusted this man with my car he said he do quick work and it took over a month in a half and wanted the 500 deposit in cash this man needs to be reported I’m sure he has done this to many customers please don’t bring your car there you will regret it and he has his family members sleeping outside in his lot in a fedx truck don’t trust this scammer!

Scammers. Do not drop off you vehicle here. I feel like I was scammed. I never signed any agreement. I came to pick up my car approx 2 weeks after it was dropped off because we were waiting for them to contact the insurance company. When it didn't work out, they said I owe a storage fee of $3500 for 2 weeks. I called the California dept of consumer affairs and they told me based on the facts that I provided, Brothers Auto Body is in violation of the BAR code . Avoid at all costs, dude has been in business for 25 years and doesn't know when he is in violation of B.A.R. code
