🌟 Shoutout to Brothers Automotive! 🌟 I’ve been taking my car to Brothers Automotive for the last 2 years, and I can honestly say they’ve always provided top-notch service, quick appointments, and peace of mind knowing the work is truly done right. But this last visit? They went ABOVE and BEYOND in a way that deserves to be recognized! After a very heavy rainy overnight, the parking lot was muddy. I drove into the parking lot very early in the morning, before the shop was even open. I almost got stuck but my friend, who was picking me up, did get stuck. Apprehension set in. Seeing what was happening, Joel came out right away and promised they’d get her car out and even offered to drive us to work himself so we wouldn’t be late to work. Talk about kindness! With over 3 million reviews on Google this is mine of this shady business. (Imo) They took my car and now I can't reach anyone. Update: after I posted this they called and the guy insults me, then asks for my "husband" then tells me I "don't know anything". He also said he didn't run diagnostics. He also had someone else I did not authorize pick up my car from my home. Heros towing. Sexist to say the least. Disgusting business that sends your car to ppl you didn't authorize then wants to change you for a bill you didn't agree to. I do not recommend them to anyone. Man, woman, or child. They need to be shut down. I will be talking to the AG consumer affairs.

We had a concern with our car and they took a look at it in 10min and told us the problem and didn’t even charge us! We were on a time crunch so couldn’t wait for them to actually fix it but they were extremely nice and helpful! Highly recommend

I have to leave a review because I have mixed feelings about this place. Staff are always really friendly. Service has always been great and oil changes are fast no matter what day or time I go. Prices are affordable, probably the cheapest in the area. I also really like going here because it's close to where I live. However, the parking lot and waiting area need a lot of help!! I'd give appearance a 1 out of 5. I'll keep going and overlook the muddy and car-loaded parking lot and the dirty, run-down, cold, and uncomfortable waiting area as long as it isn't a problem for me in any way. Well today it became a problem when there wasn't anywhere to park my car or even a way to get to the store. This was one of my fabulous experiences in the US with auto-care! I called , they said mechanic is available, in 7min I arrived, Leo welcomed me , we even shoot a video for my vlog. All parts were in stock. We negotiated about the price and i was about to leave to visit RV museum when Leo said, do you need a space car, no need to walk. That was a very special about this guys! Time is the most valuable thing during travels. So I didn’t spend even a minute waiting, I used this time to explore. I came back, paid 213$ for fixed AC and kicked the Route 66! I definitely recommend this place!
