I walked into this establishment blindly and considered it a blessing! I purchased a ‘21 Volkswagen Jetta a little over a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Everything from the buying process to the way the car drives has been pleasantly satisfying. Nice to see there are still some good used car dealers out here..would definitely recommend them!!

Have purchased two vehicles from there with extended warranty’s- The first ones tranny went out on the way home - they split the cost with us. We were lucky. Second time , I took my son ! It’s been a nightmare !!! As soon as we took it , it broke down That was over a year ago - it’s still broken down even w the warranty - DO NOT GO HERE !!! They buy auction trash and sell it to you like it runs.

⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT buy from Brothers Motors ⚠️ This dealership is fraudulent and preys on customers. They scammed me by offering a “special deal” with a deferred down payment. I paid $2,000 upfront, with a $500 balance due in two weeks. Here’s what happened: They knowingly sold me a car with a bad battery, which caused me to miss work. Because of that, I didn’t have the $500 in time. I reached out, but they ignored my messages. Instead, they used the missed payment as an excuse to repossess the car. Even after I explained that the battery issue was their fault, the owner’s son Eddie still went through with the repo. This was one of the worst consumer experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering buying here, do yourself a favor and walk away. No car is worth this level of stress and regret. They are NOT HONEST !!! And I dare yall to come for me - you won’t like it. Ask me to take this down - lie and say I haven’t bought cars from you - I’ll start posting pictures with reciepts !!!!!
