Brother's Tires

I called to inquire about a run-flat tire, and the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and indifferent. After I provided the tire size, he asked me to hold while he checked the inventory. Instead of placing me on hold, he hung up on me. My husband then called back a few minutes later and encountered the same level of disrespect. When he followed up, he was met with, "Didn't I tell you I was with a customer?"—which was untrue, as he had only said to hold on before disconnecting. After finally receiving a price for the tire at $408, we inquired about the installation cost. We were met with an exaggerated sigh and a dismissive, "Oh my God," before being quoted $510. Given this poor customer service experience, I will not be spending any money at this business.

It saddens me to have to write this about someone who because we’re Hispanic l thought would have the respect and desire to do things right. When you run a business what you want is for the customer to have confidence and be able to return and recommend you to others but l guess this person doesn’t have the best intention, since his greed leads him to do bad things that come only from his heart and not only that, he also uses his employees to continue his Evil deeds, I’m talking about you Mr. Alex thanks for pretending to have changed the sensor or done something to prevent it from being programmed, your greed for money make you do what you did last Saturday but it’s my fault because when you asked me if I had bought the sensor on eBay I should have left there and go to someone else to hav

Did a great job taking off my old dry rotted tired and mounting my new ones

If I could give negative stars I would. I called for a tire, they said they had it come right over. When I got here they said I would have to wait 2 hours because they were taking lunch. Lazy workers!

Always have what i need when i go and are always so fast and efficient .
