I’m such a big fan of this dealership! We purchased an Escalade 5 years ago, our experience was as good today if not better. We have bought many cars over the past 25 years - it’s easy when you have 7 kids so when I experienced a clean deal from beginning to end I had to share with anyone wondering if this is where they should go. Oscar Garcia, our sales consultant did a phenomenal job. Though he is early in his career he is advanced in product knowledge and easy to talk to. We highly recommend giving him your time - no better feeling than knowing a transaction is mutually beneficial. Nate White, the Sales Manager on site that day worked with Oscar to get a deal done. This place will try to rip you off. They tried to do that to myself offering me $7,500 for a 2019 XC90 Volvo this car is beautiful. The only reason why we tried to trade it in is because we wanted more room for our growing family, but they will take advantage of you and offer you the lowest possible price imagine they will make up lies telling you that your car needs tires and there’s some scratches on it. It’s a used car that I am trying to trade in and might have a couple scratches but my car definitely did not need new tires. I just had them expected from discount tire and they said that I had about 75% tread here’s a picture of my car that I tried to trade that they offered $7500. What a joke.

I went to Brotherton Cadillac in Shoreline last week and I wanted to buy a Chevy Silverado. I called in advance and when I arrived I was greeted by a pleasant young man who didn't pressure me into buying the truck that I wanted he actually showed me some options and the transition was extremely easy. He transferred me to another salesman where he professionally negotiated in my favor and the deal was done as easy as 1 2 3. The four gentlemen I dealt with we're very very polite and professional and made it easy for me to make my decisions and sign and close.
