I’ve come here twice (for an oil change, brake pad/rotor replacement, and a bad window regulator) and interacted with Eddie (who also did the work on my car). My impression is overwhelmingly positive, and Eddie was extra accommodating waiting nearly half an hour past their closing time for me to pick up my car. Will be happily coming back here for most service work.

Very professional and honest. My son's car broke down and was towed to Loyal Automotive. While they did experience the problem with the car, the car wouldn't return a diagnostic code, and everything else checked out. They suggested he to take it to a manufacturer dealership. They spent considerable time on the car and didn't charge for their time. Super considerate of a college student's money! If I lived in shoreline, I'd take my car there!

Ultimately, we got our car back with the needed service completed at a fair price. The shop was responsive when we shared concerns after picking up our car from the first round of service. What I wish would have gone differently was some of the communication. Supply chain delays I understand, but when I showed up (a day later than first planned) to pick up the car it was about 30 minutes until close and the car was not ready. What I then suspect happened was a rush to finish the work and a hasty test drive that missed what soon became an obvious issue. As I drove the car home, my old ears started to hear a faint grind that soon turned into a full on banshee scream from my front wheels at 10-15mph. Part of the service done was new front brakes and rotors. Did someone miss the initial noise

These guys did some work on my car a little over a year ago. I was hearing some noise in the front end which could be related to that work and brought it in to see if it was under warranty. It was a few months past, but they said they'd look at it and see what can be done. Turned out a bolt needed to be re-torqued and that was all it was. They took care of it free of charge and I appreciate their honesty and taking quick care of the problem

I took my car in to resolve why my engine light was coming on and my car occasionally rumbling. I brought it to them after Edwards Automotive wanted to charge me $2,000 to replace ALL coils, cylinders and spark plugs.. they were clearly trying to rip me off because the car is a 2017 with only $61,000 miles on it. I then went loyal, explained what happened at edwards, and they also decided to rip me off by replacing all spark plugs and a coil.. they charged me $600 for this. Finally, I went to My Mechanic Automotive on aurora. David told me I got ripped off and replaced another one of my coils for only $70 !!!! Unfortunately there are a lot of awful, lying and scamming me mechanics out there, but I’m glad I finally found one that seems decent and fair.
