Brown Bear Car Wash

A good place to wash your car and tidy up the interior. Several car wash options are available, and even the basic package is usually sufficient. There are several self-service areas with free vacuum cleaners and trash cans, and you can also get cleaning fluid to wash the car by hand and a clean damp cloth to clean the interior or wipe off any stains that the car wash didn't remove. The prices are good, I use this car wash.

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Today while in the car wash with my mother and two young siblings, we were HIT by the car behind us. The car wash employees refused to actually acknowledge their mistake in placing our cars too close together, wouldn't help my mother get contact information for the manager because according to their "shift supervisor," Jenny with a G, there wasn't anything she could do. THEN when we tried to give them our license plate information and contact SHE REFUSED TO TAKE IT, then walked away into the office without any regard for us. That is ridiculous, and the blatant ignorance of this supervisor was clear; we are in the process of filing a police report because this is unacceptable and the way this was handled was beyond wrong. It cleaned well the car was very clean there was still pine on the car though. I originally went there because I couldn’t clean the pine tree wax off my car. I went there and went through the entires got: Beaty Best $17.99 and Ceramic + Rain-X $9.08 plus $2.73 tax. I go home and inspect the car and well the cost went instantly from $29.80 to $300 - $600 paint repair because of all the scratches I got around the car. I am never doing a car wash ever again. I love this chain of car washes. the facilities are great and the staff are friendly. They also have a same day rehash for a happiness guarantee meaning if for some reason you find something not washed off your car you can comeback the same day and get it rewashed for free! was sad to see prices went up but are still reasonable and the increase makes sense since they are adding/changing what all comes with the washes.

Now open with new facilities after being closed for remodeling/construction as of 03/25/2022. New wash and vacuums. Also there this location now has an entrance on 133rd Street South behind Bucky's making it much easier to access. Tunnel Style car wash and self serve vacuuming stations. I did not see any self wash options.
