I cannot say one complaint about Angelo. He was the first to greet me when I came by. I just got back into town with trying to live in California (didn’t work out) and have nothing in Washington, no car no place to live no job. I explained my situation to him and he worked out an awesome deal on a Honda CRV for my son and I. Because of him we are one step closer to getting back on our feet. Thank you so much for your kindness Angelo!

Painless and no run around. The total price was exactly as expected. Victor did a great job gathering the necessary paperwork and finalizing the sale. Super sweet young man with some gorgeous puppies. Yes, we had time to exchange pictures of our prides and joy. He made time to connect without the creepy used car salesman vibe.

Kenny & Robert are the ones to see! Kenny has been encouraging me for a while to get my license, I finally did and he made sure I got a car the next day! Robert was quick to me get in a vehicle with all things I wanted… after driving it for about 12+ hours I realized it wasn’t for me and he got me in something that was nicer, spacious, sport and perfect for me and my lil family. My fiancé set up a setting which put a parental control on the car so we asked for another key to reset it but they didn’t have one so they paid for another key!! I send everyone who is looking to them !

My experience at J R S Auto was far more superior than my experience anywhere else! From the moment that I entered the door to the moment I was able to drive away in my new car, the customer service never failed! Austin was the employee who helped me find a car that fit my needs functionally and financially. He was sure to answer my every question and was very patient with me in making my selection. Financing a new vehicle is often challenging as there are many decisions to be made but Austin and his manager Shawn really helped me along. These guys are great and really do care about their customers. I will be back here for sure when the time comes again for another vehicle! I am SO happy with my new car!

As a young adult I’ve always been kind of hesitant when it comes to dealerships and buying a car but I am very glad I was able to find this place. The customer service here is excellent and VERY honest, which I appreciate very much. Jose and Ramon steered me (no pun intended) in the right direction when it came to purchasing a car and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. They made it such a seamless & great experience for me and I hope to continue doing business with them. For sure would recommend for any 1st time buyer or anyone looking in general!
