Staffing are certainly professional and seem to care and work to control what they can..parts is much further upstream from them so they don't have that control. John has shuttled me a few times and he's always great, Justin has been accountable and on top of updates, as have the other staff in the service department. Hoping they've updated their hours online, last time I stopped by based on what was on Google, it didn't mesh with the posted schedule online and I wasted a trip over. They open at 8, per the signage in the window, not what was online as of late Feb/26.

Even with an appointment, I was there for more than 2 hours for an inspection. Yes I was a little annoyed but when I purchased my vehicle from them, it came with lifetime free inspections so I'm grateful for that perk, annoyed but grateful. I dont typically have any issues but over the years things happen here and there. AND every time whatever the issue was, the staff was very kind, and knowledgeable. I never left feeling uneasy like I did this time. When I went to the cashier to sign my paperwork, she asked for $51.33 for inspecting my vehicle. I corrected her immediately reminding her that my vehicle gets free inspection. And she said "oh yea, only one though." What? I had a headlight out and came back the next day with it fixed and now I have to pay the fee? I questioned her and I aske

Horrible!!! I brought my older model car, (Suzuki SX4 2012) which just hit 150,000 on the original clutch. So I take care of my cars. We bought 6 cars under the original dealership and stayed faithful for 23 years. Now under new leadership my wife's car is no longer covered for oil changes which was given when the car was purchased now revoked under new management since it is not on the original bill of sale. However, all oil changes were marked as No Charge. As for me my hatchback door was not locking. I had to pay a $170.00 diagnosis fee. Then pay for a part that has to be returned. Got it replaced and new one installed. I immediately noticed it did not work properly. I still paid $538.24. The invoice said "Hear trunk latch trying to unlock and it won't unlock, recommend rep

Went in for the usual oil change and a general check up. While there I learned there was an open recall. Thankfully nothing serious. Did very well, like always. Thorough service and professional technicians.

I am happy to share my recent experience with Brown-Daub KIA, actually the best service experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I took my KIA Niro in for a routine oil change, and they notified me of their concern about a noise which was heard when braking. I told them that I was aware of it, yet since I recently had a 30,000 full service I thought it was ‘normal,’ the hybrid braking system regenerating electricity. Turned out it was not normal, so under the KIA 100,000 limited warranty the service was done at no charge. Natalia, our service representative was amazing, she kept us up to date as to when parts were received and when our car service would be completed. A loaner car was offered, but since we are retired we did not need it. From my perspective, we are in a partn
