Today went to brown dodge in Devine tx to get my wife’s and I vehicle tpms sensor looked at due to it not reading the pressure on the cluster waited about 15mins the service manger came back and told us it’s reading on their machine but not sending the signal on the car so I said can y’all fix it, then he replies we can’t today you have drop the car off for the whole day so they can diagnose it I’m not Mechanic but I know how to work on cars and it does not take the whole day to fix a tpms sensor it’s only a 20min or less job so we decided to take to a local tire shop and they fixed the problem less than 20 mins. The only reason we took it back to brown dodge was because we purchased the car 2months ago from them now I know not to due service with them again rather go to north park dodg

No follow through on issues and concerns. I keep requesting a second key to a vehicle I've purchased as it couldn't be located at the time I picked up the vehicle. One year later and several "we will have our sales department call you " later, I still have no spare key. I am however bombarded with calls asking for me to join their service program which I wouldn't join just based on their lack of progress on my current issue.

My salesperson Emily didn't seem to be on her game. I made a big purchase and she didn't seem very appreciative of my business. She did a lot of running around without telling me what she was doing. I had to ask for a bottle of water, as I had been there for hours. The Jeep I bought was new and really nice looking, but it's a lot louder than my Jeep I bought at Boerne Dodge. She never gave me a spare key. I asked her about it, and she said it should be in the green bag that had the owners manual, told her I already looked there and it wasn't in it. She then told me that she'd look for it and call me back to let me know if she found it. Several days passed, then I got a call from her. If you are shopping for a vehicle, this is the place to do it no matter the distance! I found the jeep gladiator I was looking for but it was 800 miles away from me. I was apprehensive due to the distance, but after a phone with their staff I felt right at home! Everything went smooth as glass, all questions and concerns about this long distance purchase was answered professionally and in such a way that there was no anxiety in how to make it all come together.
