Brought my 05 sierra in for a crank no start. From the beginning I received excellent customer service from Austin. The techs did an awesome job and actually inspected my whole vehicle, (ended up being my battery lol🤦‍♂️) informed me of what needed immediate attention and what needs to be done sooner than later. Definitely recommending anyone I know to come here! Fair priced and very knowledgeable!

I have NEVER found a mechanic shop that I could actually trust unless it was family....that was until I went to Brown's Auto. I had previously sent my truck in for a diag and told Top Tech to look at specific parts that I thought were a problem, basically 5 days with no truck I asked for it back bc they were incompetent. At Brown's the total opposite, super nice, their pricing is totally fair! And the solved what Top Tech couldnt do in half the time! 2 days to be exact!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff and knowledgeable mechanics and to anyone needed a shop to trust, Brown's is where you should go.
