Towed my vehicle, a new Mercedes model, and I tried to get there insurance as they damaged the front end, suspension, and alignment. Lady became so aggregated when politely asked for insurance information as well as contact information that police had to be called on. Was told to bring it to court, so will now have to deal with this issue due to there negligence and inability to be accountable for it. Also seemed to have damaged the front of my friends vehicle as well.

Honestly, surprised by the negative reviews as all my interactions have been consistently positive. Found them by chance as the tow truck driver recommended them. In the past five years or so, I've found them to give an honest assessment, and perform reliable work. I actually go out of my area to get vehicle work done here. Never any unnecessary work to pad the bill. Good folks who deserve a positive shout out. Thanks!

Insurance called for a tow, these guys accepted and never showed up, waited a whole hour and a half just for them to not reach out or answer their phone from my provider to see what was going on. They even said they were on site through the link but was nowhere near my car. They then canceled with this tow and had to call another. Do not recommend if you're in a bind! Had my insurance make sure to never use them again!

Needed a tow, gave me a good price from Main & Bailey all the way to the border of W.Seneca. Told it would be a 2hr wait… they were there w/in 30 min. Although we had already left they searched the lot, found my vehicle & loaded her up to bring her home! Seamless delivery. Highly recommend!!!

Run away as fast as you can! This place is run by scammers! My car was in an accident and not drive-able. It was 2:00 am and the towing company towed it to Brown's. I tried getting it towed from there the next day but with Amazon offline, my insurance company couldn't send a tow truck. I called at 1 pm and the woman who answered was very nice and said it wouldn't be an issue to keep the car there one more day. Then at 4:05 pm, I get a call saying that if I don't pick up my car by 4:30 pm, they will impound it. I explained what happened and that one of his workers said it was ok to keep it there one more day but he didn't care. He told me it was ok to get charged as I could file a claim with my insurance company to get my money back. He then said "we could talk more in the morning." The ne
