I recently brought my Jeep in for an inspection and had the pleasure of working with Brianna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. Brianna took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the visit, and made the entire process feel effortless. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine friendliness with such strong attention to detail, but she does it naturally. Service visits can sometimes feel stressful or rushed, but Brianna made mine smooth, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant. She’s a standout representative for the dealership, and I truly appreciate the level of care she provided.

I live less than a mile away from another Jeep dealership. While I do not like to give a bad review to the other establishment, there is absolutely no comparison to the service that I received from Brown’s. From the sales department to the service department, the level of professionalism and compassion, exceeded my expectations. Fran was my service representative, who took care of me at my most recent visit. She Was so helpful, informative and understanding. Her calm demeanor put me right at ease. Jeep Chrysler is a fantastic dealership to buy a vehicle from. Jim Daggett Is a wonderful salesman who is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and never tries to sell you something more than what you’re looking for. He is a very honest salesman and I can’t say that about many other places. I never have a problem. The finance manager Sam Margo is a very nice person and is top of the line when it comes to finance managers. He offers you what he thinks the vehicle should need and doesn’t try to pressure you to buy. Zahra in the service department is fantastic and always keeps you informed about your vehicle. I drive 28 miles to get my vehicle serviced and pass a dealership 4 miles from my house!!!!! All around great dealership!!!!!

Steve over at Browns Service department was great. I just got an oil change which was good, the place was clean and service was swift, despite the inclement weather. A few things I wish they did that many other dealers/service departments do are. For one offer a military/first responders discount , for an American made car company it would be nice that they support the troops that support their business like the foreign car companies do. Also throw in free tire rotation or a car wash with the oil change, most quick lube places offer that at the very least.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! The service department at Browns went above and beyond in every possible way—quickly getting me into a loaner and tracking down all the necessary parts to get my car repaired efficiently. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation completely seamless. This is five-star service at its finest, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
