Gene's 112 Auto Service Center

I brought my 2010 Nissan in for an NYS inspection, wheel alignment, and an oil change, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I worked with John, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. Before doing any work, they sent me a detailed report (with photos) via text, which made everything super transparent. John walked me through all the findings, and we discussed what needed to be done now versus what could wait, based on my budget. He and his team were extremely accommodating and helped me create a plan to get everything taken care of over time without feeling overwhelmed. My mother in law has been coming here for years now and after issues with my own car I decided to come as well and it was wonderful. They took my car in quickly despite calling the same exact day and they were soooo thorough checking the problems with my car. When they called me to go over everything, it was all explained to me in detail and what was the most important. I actually felt like I walked away knowing exactly what was going on instead of just things being vaguely told to me. I’ll be bringing my car here for the foreseeable future!

WOW! If I could leave a 0 star review I would!! Lauren or whatever her name is the owner does not know nothing about what she talks about acts friendly for a money grab. Gene just needs to retire the quality of shop is horrible. His techs installed my calipers UPSIDE DOWN!!! I had no brake pedal almost crashed my car and they have no response to this which is ridiculous. Get some better techs joke of a shop

Dropped off a used care I bought for some maintenance. Not sure of its history I asked them to check it over for me. They provided a complete report with photos so I was able to decide which repairs I need and which could wait. The level of honesty and fair pricing is invaluable!

I had such a lovely experience at Gene’s 112. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It felt as if a dear friend was repairing my vehicle. Service was quick and the prices were reasonable. 10/10 definitely would recommend!
