I called him and told him I have problem with my def system, he said ohh you need a filter I’ll bring the filter in two hours, after he came without diagnosing the truck he went straight under the truck without asking me anything and clean the filter which was new I bought that two months ago, and then I told him to clear the codes he said he doesn’t have scanner tool for a semi, I did a regn myself but did not work, then he said he gotta go help someone else and will be back, when he get back after two hours, he disconnected the battery which doesn’t help again, then he said he gotta go help someone else he will send someone with scanner tool, at the evening someone guy showed up with tool looks like he got it from dollar general which didn’t work. Blew a tire out on a trip from western Nebraska back to Omaha. It was during the early evening on a Sunday. Figured I would have a rough time getting help. After a few strikeouts, I got Browns to come out to help. The gentleman that helped me, that I believe owns the service, came out and took care of me. He was quick, courteous, and extremely helpful. Got me back on the road, and for having been a Sunday, and how quick he was to get me a new tire, the price he charged was extremely reasonable. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much again!

These guys are the best!! We had a tire belt that broke driving cross country and nothing open on father's day. Called and they were super helpful and friendly. Got us back on the road in less than 40 min!! So greatful to them and I recommend to anyone.

Called him after hours for a blown drive tire in Cozad, NB. He immediately said he's got a tire for me. Only took an hour in and out. He didn't charge me a call out fee, no labor fee, no mileage and a discount. This is unheard of! Luke is a man of his word. Make sure you call him first!
