My husband lost a piece of his bumper on I-80, and the tow wanted to drive him back to North Platte. I found Collins on the map and spoke with Andrew, who recommended an auto body shop in town. The body shop waited for my husband and helped him get his car running and on his way. When a crisis happened to us, Andrew helped us with a relatively minimal delay. Thank you!!!

My family and I were on a cross country road trip when unfortunately we broke down. We called Collins automotive and were greeted with friendly staff that responded within 5 minutes. Collins automotive had us on our way in no time. Andrew was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We can’t thank them enough!

My tire completely came off of my vehicle just before exit 222. These gentleman were the closest to us and thank heavens they were. Their prices are more than fair, they are kind and truly helpful people. Fast an efficient! My situation went from a nightmare to realizing i had the chance to meet incredible people with phenomenal customer service and auto maintenance skills. These are the kind of people you pray for when things go wrong with your car. Couldn’t have been helped any better! Thank you guys again for being awesome!!

My Father inlaw took our Plymouth van in to get the feul pump and seal replaced as we need this van to transport my disabled husband because he's in a wheelchair we paid in full for a new pump and seal and what we got after our car was returned is the exact same pump turned and cleaned to look like it was worked on this is absolute laziness even after the mechanic knew of this, and this shop hasn't even responded to a message sent about our refund i have pics to prove this. Absolutely horrible behavior for a company to try to take advantage of a disabled man 100% don't go to this mechanic.

Collins Automotive is amazing!!!! Andrew was so wonderful at Collins automotive!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Our family had some car trouble while passing through Nebraska and Collins Automotive was able to see us immediately. Andrew was super knowledgeable, friendly and honest!!! I would always use Collins Automotive if we lived in the area. I highly recommend going there if you live in the surrounding area, or stopping in if you are on I-80 and need any maintenance.
