Highly recommended I ordered the wrong size tires for a carnival ride. I was picking up in Wichita and they went out of their way to get me something that would work to get me back on the road.

This place was recommended to me by another car center place in Wichita. We had a bad tire and I didn't know what would happen. They got me in quickly, replaced the damaged tire with a used tire with the same tread as the other tires. My bill was only $53. I thought I might be out of pocked several hundred dollars. I appreciate their honesty, quick help, and expertise. We got back on the road and were safe. Highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for somewhere to go for used tires you cannot beat their prices and their options. It doesn't matter what size I ever ask them if they have it's always in stock I never have to wait very long either which is always a plus

Gave me very bald used tires. Went back and had my grandpa pick out better tires. My tire pressure light has come on twice since I went back and got different tires 2 weeks ago. Yes I understand they are used but this is just my opinion. There is a guy there that details head lights and he did a wonderful job and was very kind.

I went in fully expecting to get four used tires. The guy came out with me checked everything out and told me that I would only need to replace two. He could have easily lied to me to get my money, But I really appreciate the customer service that they give. I've been coming to browns for years and I'll continue to come to browns because of their good customer service My tires were really bad and I'm glad I didn't get any judgment going in! Edited review: after leaving and not looking at them right away, they took the two least work tired and left me with the 2 most worn tires... Hopefully they fix the issue tomorrow. Update: they fixed it, no issues or questions asked. ❤️
