My mom bought two tires 9/20/25 for her second car. She drove 180 miles and the driver's side front tire blew out. I went to the store, and they did nothing about it. People of Parma, be very careful where you conduct your business and where you place your trust.

Watch what they are quoting you . Quoted 18 per tire to mount and balance on the car. They didn't think to forewarn me that it's another $20 per tire to Dismount the old ones. You need to do a better job of disclosing charges to your customers

If I could give zero stars, I would. These guys can’t even fix a flat tire, let alone keep an appointment. This is hands down the worst tire place in the Treasure Valley. The manager clearly doesn’t care about customers or honoring their time—if you schedule an appointment, it should actually mean something.My wife warned me after her bad experiences here, but I decided to give them a shot. I'm really disappointed in the service I received at this Point S. When I set upy appointment I told them I was WAY past my last "service by" mileage and needed my car serviced. I also informed them my car squeals when I start it. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is the oil change was a very reasonable price and fast. That's all they did though, change my oil. They didn't check a single other thing. I have NEVER been to a mechanic that doesn't check anything but the oil when I say my car "needs service." On top of that, the car didn't squeal when they started it, so apparently it's fine and car belts just "squeal sometimes when they sit too long." I drive this car multiple days per week and it squeals when it sits for more than a couple hours, so of course it didn't squea

I recently took my truck in for new tires, oil change and fuel filter replacement, everything was good and I was happy up until today. My coworker called me and let me know that my truck was leaking oil. When I got back to the shop I got under the truck and the oil drain plug was pretty loose. I tightened it and thankfully I hadn't lost a ton of the brand new oil. Besides this I'm very happy with the rest of their work but next time make sure the drain plug is snug, it could cost somebody their motor.
