I was working on a project in Parma and needed some additional oil for my equipment. I stopped by this store and Kristin helped me out by letting me know of sales they had going on at the time. She saved me some bucks. Thank you Kristin!

Always helpful to find the part that no one else can find

This store constantly puts you on hold for over 10 to 15 min, almost every time I call in. Its faster to go somewhere else than here. Then if you drive in there they dont stock simple parts and have to order it. Do your self favor and order from an online vendor. You will get it faster and cheaper. This store is a 1 of 5 Stars in Idaho.

May not always have in store but they can usually have it there the same day if you are there in morning if not next day It's nice to see a smile when you enter a parts store

As always Parma NAPA always goes the extra distance to help. Today I needed 2 RV purposed 12 volt batteries. I was advised to buy the correct batteries and use corrosion preventative. My 7 year old batteries were beyond lifespan. I Replaced both old batteries with 2 NAPA recommended quality RV batteries. Went dry camping for 2 days with power 2 spare. Glad I always use Parma NAPA.
