Do NOT purchase used transmissions and/or their over priced good for nothing warranties. They DO NOT HONOR their warranties. Shady company, shady business practices; unethical businesses such as this one are what is wrong with this world.

Brandon helped me find a used part for a Honda. When a different part than we expected showed up, he asked for some pictures and found me the proper part on the lot. I was not charged for the second part. This is great customer service! Thank you Brandon!

Great part selection and great customer service. The differential I bought had signs of problems once I opened it up. They let me return it and swap it for another one on the lot for no additional cost and without a hassle. Thanks, I'll be back!

First time customer! Ordered a part, which they stated was in stock and working properly and I could pick up at the end of th day or the following morning. At the end of the day they called and stated the part was no good and they don't have anymore in stock. Had to pay in advance only to not receive the product and now have to wait for a refund. Wont be a repeat customer. SMH

I would never recommend Bruce Auto. The service here was unprofessional and disappointing. They made promises they couldn’t keep, and communication was very poor. The staff didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction, and the whole experience felt rushed and careless. On top of that, the work they did was not up to standard – I ended up having more problems than when I first came in. If you value honesty, quality, and respect for your time and money, I suggest going somewhere else.
