I had a terrible experience purchasing suspension parts for my Mustang. I placed the order in May 2023, expecting the parts to arrive within a few weeks as promised. Unfortunately, the parts were never fabricated, and I received countless excuses and broken promises about delays—each time being told it would only be another 30 days. By October 2023, I could not wait any longer and requested a refund since there was no timeline for when my parts would be made or shipped. Bruce couldn't provide any clear answers. I was told a refund check would be sent to me "ASAP," but it never arrived. When I followed up throughout 2024, Bruce claimed he had no money, effectively admitting that he had spent nearly $4,000 of my money without fulfilling my order or refunding me. Didn’t get any work done .....but! man this shop looks cool &!just the work they do is worth bringing your mustang if you can’t get it done yourself! by the looks of it they do some nice clean work , it’s always hard to find a shop you can trust. I’ve noticed shops tend to look like the owner personally lol if there not clean then probably tells how they do things (not always the case) of course but most of the time . FYI (Just a theory) whats important they can be trustworthy with your old school mustang or fox bodys & even new ones etc. that’s huge to people because cars are your baby’s when it’s at home , 🏁then rip the streets & track 🤘⭐️ I’m sure I will be bring my mustang here someday soon keep up the awesome job guys
