Bruce's was great to work with, they put thier customers wellbeing first. They found a sheard safety cable that rendered the car totaled. Better for me, not for them. Thier honest is why I keep coming back. I brought my wife's SUV in after she got to close to the side & it put a mark down rear side. They came out with buffing compound and fixed in 10 min.

Bruce’s Auto Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing my son’s car after it was sideswiped by a snow plow and had significant damage. They made a stressful situation incredibly easy by handling everything with the insurance company — all I needed to do was file the claim and pay the deductible. I truly appreciated how they prioritized my son’s car due to a time-sensitive situation, as he needed to get back to school. The work was completed quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of the repair was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Team was incredibly friendly and helpful! Unfortunately my car took three months to be fully repaired. But I think it has a lot to do with my insurance company, not them. Bruce’s handled my vehicle with care. Body work looks great and it’s running great! Tyson was extremely nice and helpful, as well as the receptionist.

Tucker and his staff took me immediately, helped process my claim, treated me like royalty!!! Great experience. More when i see my car!!!!just picked up my car, beautiful! Really glad we have these guys in the burg!!!!

Although I felt the price was high for just a scraped rocker panel and no body work, the job was done superbly. What I didn’t like was the fact that no one mentioned the 4 percent surcharge for using anything other than a casher’s check or cash for payment until the job was complete. If it was added to the total bill up front I would then have the option to get another quote if I felt the bill was too high.
