Bruce's Tire & Auto Service

I live in Santa Cruz but have a relative that lives nearby, and they recommended Bruce's. I arrived a few minutes early for my 10am oil change appointment. However, after completing an inspection it was determined that I needed some other work done. They also sent a report via text that includes pictures of the issues, that was very cool! I found the customer service person to be very friendly and I believe the pricing was to be expected. I waited in their customer lounge and it was very comfortable. I ended up going for a late breakfast at diner within walking distance, plus I had a book of mine so the time went by quickly. They were done with my vehicle by 12:30pm.

Had two unplanned visits within a week. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The quick work was much appreciated! Great work team!

Got a diagnostic and quote for service and repair of my Subaru Outback. The quote was very thorough, but clunky and hard to understand. Unfortunately, I was quoted for things I didn't want done, nor needed done, and the price was very high compared to other service providers. The service writer was nice, though.

First time there, very good service. Had an issue with death wobble in my truck, was skeptical because I have taken it to other shops and still remain the same. They were very thorough and explained the issue and fixed it. I was very impressed

not happy with bruces my son took his truck [small] down to get an oil change ,for the 3 time asked about add discount was told will be taken off the invoice ,had done the total was about 20 bucks higher . i called the manerger jab was told had to bring in coupon, thats funny the last 2 or 3 job had done [brakes ,tire ect .at over 3 grand total. just said we got a fyler thry mail and got discount .i ask why ,oh just come back after all this he gave me a bigger discount thats great had a problem ,speak up took care of custermer you done good .worth speaking up.thanks
