Absolutely, positively, the WORST auto body experience I’ve ever had. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This review is a long time coming. I didn’t do it initially because Eddie Cardenas begged me not to. He said that if I wasn’t going to give them a good review, he would rather I didn’t give them a review at all. I honored his request because honestly, the problem wasn’t with him but rather with another technician who’s apparently related to him. I had previously brought in my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and had exceptional service with the previous manager that I encountered. Unexpectedly Great! I recently purchased a new truck, and it came with damage on the door. I despise having paint work done on a new vehicle, it never matches. Then to add salt to my wound the dealer has a nationwide contract with Caliber to do the work so they get better pricing. No way this shop that is getting paid less than normal to do the work on my truck is going to do a great job. Then they promised me it would be ready to pick up in 4 days. Needless to say, I didn't have high expectations. To my surprise on day 4 as they promised I got a call my truck was done and ready to pick up. Then when I arrived my truck was clean and the door matched. Not just close but it really matched.
