We purchased a tow dolly from Jack. Great guy, very professional and he spent time to review all of the safety features! The price was very good. His shop is also conveniently located just a few minutes from the PA Turnpike.

I found Jack to be disorganized and unreliable. Drove several hours to leave a deposit so he would hold a tow dolly when the next shipment arrived. He did not notify me when the shipment came in, but two days later I contacted him to verify. I told him I would pick it up the following Tuesday. He agreed. I messaged him while en route to his business with an ETA. He informed me that he had accidentally sold my dolly to someone else earlier that day. He apologized profusely however, his solution was to offer a substitute at a higher price. Since I was several hours away I asked if he could meet me part way with the correct unit at the original price when his next shipment arrived. He did not respond. I concluded that he was unwilling to back up his apology with action. Words are cheap.

This place was highly recommended and I am glad I drove an hour each way to purchase a tow dolly from Jack. He was a great guy and took his time with explaining things. Would definitely recommend this place.

Purchased a Mastertow dolly from John. He was great to work with. John met me on short notice, went over everything, and took his time to make sure everything was working and hooked up properly. Thanks again John!

Extremely helpful, very responsive to the many questions we had about the dolly, very patient with helping connect the dolly and strapping down our towed vehicle. I strongly recommend Jack and the MasterTow dolly.
