We had a truck that was involved in an accident in early October, They turned a job they promised that would be fixed in weeks yet took them almost 4 months before we got our truck back in towards end of January. we brought the truck here as we worked with this location in the past and the experience was smooth and on time as they promised until this time, The adjuster kept waiting for an estimate but the dealership took roughly a month just to give the estimate of what the truck needs. That is already a month lost where we we would expect an estimate to take a few days, week at most as they told us. moving on to the repairs we were told the truck should be ready by end of November, then the wrong parts came so they had to wait for the correct ones to come. weeks wasted like that and they

I don’t recommend dealing with aron the salesman because I choose a 2023 volvo and I got the approval through Volvo and I called him on Wednesday he said the truck is ready to go and I told him I'm going to be there on Friday on Monday with the down payment so I stopped there on Friday noon time finance lady greeted me she said paperwork is ready do you want to see your truck I said sure then we found out that mister smart screwed the whole deal and sold the truck with out letting me know I'm very very disappointed that’s shows how they deal with return customers i bought my first truck through them and he decided to screw the deal thank you aron Hefner I left I shouldn’t wasted my time with them nothing but lair salesman thank you for letting me know not to come to your dealership again

I am writing to share my absolute nightmare dealing with your service department, which I highly do NOT recommend to anyone, especially truckers. Initially, the first estimate for repair was $1700. After we approved it, the very next morning, we received a completely outrageous bill for $7091.78.
