My Volvo Broke down on a mountain Road at night in the winter. Tyler arrived promptly to give me Roadside Assistance. When he discovered that the DEF system would need in shop repairs and the vehicle needed to be towed he offered me a ride into town on a cold 22 degree Fahrenheit evening. Great guy! Lifesaver! When the shop opened on Monday my truck was promptly repaired and I was back on the road that afternoon. Top tier customer service!

Going to the wrong place made my day. My truck had several issues this trip. I must deliver a load on Farmington, NM coming from Commerce city, CO. My truck broke down 10 miles away from lowe’s where I was delivering. I called several places, and I made an appointment at Rush. While I was driving, I saw a sign for Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment. I stopped for an estimate. Parts and labor were round $800 because it involved some parts and welding, I was complaining to the technician about the issues I had win this trip and ask him to put a bolt to be able to deliver the load. We agreed on $350. He went to the back to ask the owner. After 15 minutes the owner asked me to follow him to the office. I came in looking for a 2 Prong Plug for my Hopper Trailer. I spoke with Keith, their service manager. He assured me they could get me back on the road in No Time at all. Dave worked on my truck and Andrian was a Delight at the Parts Counter. From Start to Finish a Delightful Experience from Top Notch folks that put their customers first! Would recommend them to anyone in the Farmington, NM area and am looking forward to working with them again in the future. You guys Saved my Bacon!

Our truck broke down in Colorado Durango. We got a wrecker to take us to this dealership. These guys are the best.
