Bruckner's Truck & Equipment

Brought a truck in for repair, mechanic looked at it and decided it was the EGR valve, I was concered more that it was the cooler but he claims he checked it and it was not the cooler. After over 4K in repairs I left with the codes cleared and two days later check engine again same code They reffered me to another bruckners closer to where I was and they suggested more parts, again did not fix it! wound up being the egr cooler I thought it was, I had to take it to a local shop who replaced the Egr cooler 2 months now and no issues. My photos you will see the old cooler black and clogged vs the new cooler also you will see the invoice from the second bruckners that attempted to rediagnose the issue This is a lets throw parts at it place..... stay away unless you just have money to bur

Not a problem wit these cats..I like how they do a 22point inspection and give you heads up...they tell you they can fix or you need to have it fixed..good people all around

So many good things to say about the wonderful people here, I dont know how to start!!!!! Were leased to Cargill. Had an emergency situation. These folks took us right in, fixed our truck, and had us out the same day!! Can't beat the prices!! Can't beat the quality of work!! Trust me, you want to have your work done here. I don't write reviews folks, but I would write them two if I could. When you stop by, tell Aaron and the guys in the shop hi for us!! Truly pros here,, Thank you once again you guys. Pretty sad when you take your truck in they test batteries, check for air leaks, tell you on ticket you had a leaking shock said the replace then. Then found out that was a lie, you still have air leaks hey a warning at scale. Batteries test 11. But didn’t replace, but another shop in hays told me where leak is coming from why Wichita shop couldn’t find it, guess Wichita branch don’t care bout safety of the trucks. Won’t ever take it back to Bruckner’s Wichita they charge too much don’t fix the problem. Will be taking to hays location where they know what there doing. Hays did my battery issue truck is holding charge, going to get shocks and air leak fixed there as well since Wichita is incompetent on fixing things. But loved charging me 4K on two visits.
