Brunswick Laser Wash

Just went there this afternoon and tried to have my truck washed. It did an absolute terrible job! $14 car wash down the drain.

They use cold water, and it's barely pressured. Results were horrendous. $20 was a complete rip-off.

Signed up for a monthly pass here. Had to call the number in the app for help and the person that answered told me the app I have was for a different car wash. The app was from the link sent to my phone upon sign up!! I have not been able to access the pass all month and now I know why. Is there a contact number for this location?

Had an issue where I got charged but the washers never sprayed. Called the number on the sign, and they called back within 5mi and gave me a code for another wash at no charge. This has happened at other places and I never received a call back. Will definitely continue coming here

$20 for their “best” wash and my car is still dirty. Cold water trickles do not clean cars, no matter how many fancy soaps you spray. I won’t be back.
