Best dealership I’ve ever worked with! Scott and Ravi were great - not pushy and very respectful. The customer service altogether is outstanding. The turnaround time was quicker than I’ve ever experienced. Bill (at Subaru) made the process seamless as we completed the paperwork and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and experince. All around the best dealership, hands down. I’ll be returning for business when the time comes again and will most definitely be recommending them to others!

Very disappointing experience after the purchase. Before buying the vehicle, everything was perfect — attention, politeness, smiles. After the purchase, the attitude completely changed. I approached the salesperson with a simple question about Volkswagen sunglasses. He was eating with another employee, turned his back to me, said “take a look” to the other person, and neither of them even said hello. I was ignored and left standing there. No eye contact, no basic respect. This kind of behavior after the sale leaves a very bad impression. Customer service should not end the moment the deal is completed.

Ravi was great to work with, quick easy transaction (purchase with trade); financing was easy but I wish the financing paperwork had been more thoroughly explained.
