Horrible experience buying my car paid in full brought it home with a cracked radiator also with old dry rotted tires that were apparently new.I now have to replace the tires not even 6 months into owning the car because their dry rotted. Not to mention the sunroof severely leaks any time it rains. they said it was disclosed and they did not disclose this to me (I wouldn’t have bought a car that gets rained in)I’d suggest literally anywhere else for a car! I’m 20 and on my own this place is really messed up.

I worked with Troy, who was so genuine, honest and patient. I was looking for a car with urgency, as mine had just been totaled in an accident. And this car.... in New Orleans, was like a cinderella story. One owner, nearly 20 years. Perfect condition, no accidents, every single maintenance record on file. Troy was not pushy at all, just honest and kind. The whole staff at Bryan Used Cars were very sweet and compassionate toward my situation. 10/10 would recommend.

I made an appointment to view a car with this dealership. We live 2 hours away. I called right when the dealership opened that day. I spoke with Troy and he confirmed the car was available and able to view to purchase. We arrived before our scheduled appointment time only to see he was driving it with someone else. He had our phone number to contact us to confirm we were on our way, but this never happened. We couldn’t get there any sooner than we did!!! Where is the respect and courtesy of setting a time if the dealership doesn’t have the COURTESY to respect a paying customer. We would NOT have wasted a whole day to travel to this disrespectful dealership if we knew this would happen!!! I hope this doesn’t happen in the future to another customer. Caleb helped me find my dream Subaru Forester. He was patient, kind, and not one of those dealers that is trying to shove a car down your throat at all costs. I really had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone.
