Bryan's Automotive has been our go to mechanic for the last 10 years. We have had vehicles towed from dealerships to Bryan's. He has ALWAYS treated us more than fairly and with extreme honesty. And yes, when a broken vehicle that needs a repair that is going to cost more then your car is worth or that you could replace it with a more reliable vehicle he is honest enough to tell you. The great ones are always busy but worth the wait.

We referred a friend to Bryan’s from a good friend who is a travelling g mechanic now. My friend had her car towed there and it sat at Bryan’s for 3 weeks. He never called her to give her an update. My husband finally went in 2 weeks after she hadn’t heard anything and asked the status of her vehicle. Bryan said it was a transmission and he couldn’t fix it. My husband asked him why he he never called her and he said they were too busy! He also said she needed to just get rid of her car. Very unprofessional, poor communication and no sense of business ethics here. We live in an area with limited public transportation and this was a hardship for my friend trying to get rides to and from Work. He didn’t offer any diagnostic information so we highly doubt he took the time to even look

Bryan’s a good guy, the 1 star review is because he lost two Employees with no warning! I’ve been business 36 years so I understand especially today how hard it is to get good people! He swapped with business because he does a great job and is honest! Highly recommended!

I was driving down the road when someone hit my drivers side mirror, broke it off and then they drove away. Stopped in at Bryan's. Bryan came out right away and helped me. Popped my mirror back in and I was back on the road in no time. I asked him what I owed him and he said no thank you, just come back when you need automotive service. Thank you Bryan, you're awesome! Your genuine kindness goes a long way! I will definitely be back.

After I had a horrible experience with XLNT automotive, I took my mercedes to Bryan's. He never gave me false information, and gave me an honest diagnostic with my car. Bryan is a solid man of integrity and when I need to bring my car back to the shop that's where I'll be headed. Thank you Bryan for restoring my faith in honest mechanics.
