Broke down from out of town and this shop came highly recommended from Zoom towing and Benni does not disappoint. With a booming business this nice gentleman didn't hesitate to take on the challenge of my Cadillac or my friends Nissan. He was a rockstar and I highly recommend his services if you're ever in need. His open line of communication made it easy for me to trust him completely and his prices will definitely make me come back. This man treats you like family and definitely has my business for life.

Anyone with car repairs or needs would be stupid not contact you! Once again you have saved the day for me!!!! You have more integrity than any one man should. Thank you for not letting me buy this tire, I thought it was perfect. Also thank you for all the time you put in making sure it's safe and affordable for me to get to work. If there's any place that I would get my car done it would be BT Performance. If you don't believe me, how hard is it to try? People giving false reviews are just upset because you're not a miracle worker. Sometimes when it's broke you can't fix it and honestly you can't fix stupid.

The lack of accountability. IM NOT A MECHANIC you are so if I tell you I hear a noise why not drive the car to hear the noise evaluate the car properly and come back and say this is what I see wrong! Bottom line go to a shop because I definitely got taken advantage of. Still in a rental car since he “fixed” my car. No work was asked to be performed for free my car could have been parked to the side or driven home until a thorough not rush job was completed. I’m leaving a review here because I want others to be cautious when having work done on their car, when people give you a referral make sure that they are thorough & knowledgeable. See how they handle another job. It is not enough for someone to just be nice. They need to be knowledgeable And proficient in the work that they do. I got

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Service When I Needed It Most! After my battery died, I initially tried to get it swapped out at an auto parts store, but they couldn’t install it due to a busted terminal. Bernie at BT Performance sent Saul my way, warning me that it might be a bit of a wait. After grabbing lunch and catching up on social media, Saul showed up and got straight to work. He quickly sorted out the issue, installed the new battery, and was incredibly patient as I figured out how to get everything squared away. The price was lower than expected, and the service was top-notch. While I hope I won’t need them anytime soon, I know exactly where I’ll be going when I do. Stopped in to get a check engine light scanned to see what was wrong, Saul stopped what he was doing and came out to the truck immediately. Super nice guy.
