I called and spoke to Renee after the towing company sent by insurance company didn’t show. Renee was so kind and professional. She provided regular updates on the status of the driver and the timing for his arrival. Bruce was the tow truck operator. He was absolutely lovely. He made sure that I was notified of his status and delivered my car safely to the requested destination for repairs. I highly recommend BTS Towing.

Excellent Service from BTS! I had the pleasure of working with Bruce and Bruce Jr. from BTS (Father and Son) to transport a couple of my vintage cars to another location. The cars didn’t have keys, so loading them onto the flatbed wasn’t an easy task — but they handled everything with incredible care and professionalism. They showed up right on time, took their time to make sure each vehicle was safely and securely loaded, and treated the cars as if they were their own. The only tow truck company to answer the phone today to help me getting my car towed. I know a blizzard just hit us yesterday but this company was back out getting to business as usual. Did I mention they’re black own as well. Thank you again for all your help today.
