Bubble Bay Car Wash

Stopped by Bubble Bay Car Wash on Main St in Brockton recently and it’s definitely improved. Everything was clean, the vacuums were working, and the process felt a lot smoother than before. I was greeted by the new manager, Wynford, he seems to really care about how the place is run. Solid service overall. Highly recommend

I’ve been a member for approximately 4 months now. It started out pretty good. The past two months has been horrible. They don’t pre-treat your car like they say they will. They will hose down one side and just not touch the passenger side. When the place is busy they jam way too many cars into the car wash which seems to cause multiple problems. First you don’t get the wash you pay for. I pay $40 a month and most of the time I only get the basic wash. That’s not what I’m paying for. Secondly it causes it to shut down constantly. So you end up coming out with your car half cleaned, or still covered in soap. I’ve also only been a handful of times where all the brushes inside actually work. Today I sat in line for 20 minutes to finally get inside the wash and got pushed through on the conve

My family has had a membership since shortly after the opening. For the past several months, each time I go thru the cars are packed so tightly in the wash and the system shuts down. My car comes out covered in soap and dirt resulting in a second trip through the wash. This is so frustrating because of the money paid, the time in line and the lack of care taken to pretreat the cars. I have been to the wash when it is not busy and the cars are spaced out in the wash and it has never shut down. The quality has declined over the last few months at the sacrifice of speed which is too bad since this was an awesome car wash for years under the Touchless name.

Great wash, free vacs and jihad made a great point for value of membership sold lol. I spent more just coming the last month than the membership!! Now im good all summer.
