Bubble Brothers Car Wash

I got a Flyer from my apartment complex to checkout the new car wash. As i got there, everything was wonderful from the beginning, but when it came to directing my car into the car machine, that's where things changed. The staff me was directing me to put my car into the car wash, so i followed his direction my back tire made a huge loud " CLAP SOUND " which got me concerned. The car wash was good, but it damaged my tire. I had to spend my weekend fixing it, but the day prior when my sensor went off i called the Bubble Brothers and left a message, explaining what happened to me and to see if they would care to call me back because i wanted to tell them that their Track for the cars need to be check. Obviously no one returned my call, so that answers my future membership question. Thank y

After being a loyal customer for a while. I have 2 cars that i take once a week to get washed . This last time i brought on my 2015 camaro ls for a car wash . During the wash the left molding on my left side widow was broken by the car wash. The employees was very sympathetic and polite , he went to retrieve the broken part , while the manager that came after was not at all. His word were- since its an aftermarket part, we are not responsible, not even a word of empathy or i’m sorry . They need to train managers on how to deal with paying customers .I went home thought of it , and thought of it , regardless that is after market or not , they should fix it . won’t be back to the kirkman location or any of em ever. the manager had scraggly beard and look like a goat tee , and needs to l

I took my car here twice, on almost consecutive days. The first visit, my car had a few small debris and items, and no one complained. Even so, the wash was poorly done — the car came out dirty, with residue and no attention to detail. On the second visit, with the car in basically the same condition, the experience was even worse. At the entrance, the first employee allowed me to enter normally. After I was already inside, another employee told me to back up and leave, claiming there were screws and items in the car — which were already there during the first wash and were not an issue before. This shows poor communication between staff, lack of standards, and very bad customer service. It makes no sense to let a customer enter and then force them to back out. Rules should be clear f

I’m writing to share how disappointed I am with the service I received. I used to be a paying member, but after so many bad experiences, I decided to cancel my membership. On at least three different weekends, I showed up to wash my car and found the place closed, always with the same excuse: “closed due to wind.” This kept happening over and over, and because of that I had to go to other car washes and pay again even while my plan with you was still active. I was also very unhappy with how members were treated. When someone pays monthly, they expect basic respect, reliability, and consistent hours — which was not my experience. On top of that, the cleaning products provided for both the interior and exterior were really poor. I ended up buying my own supplies just to get my car clean,

Wanted to provide some feedback since I know you guys just opened and are probably working out the kinks. Stopped by yesterday for the first time and was pretty disappointed. First, the person directing me inside the wash was a little confusing in his direction and seemed almost frustrated? My car wasn’t too bad to begin with, but the actual wash was not good. I don’t think soap was ever spayed on my car? There was like a light misting of water and then basically the wet dirt was slapped across my car so I left with my car looking worse. I tried to vacuum my car but the noise was crazy. Maybe it’s just a new vacuum thing but I stopped early cause I was worried I might lose my hearing if I did it for too long.
