Went on a Moose hop on 6/21/25. The bus was a little rough on the outside (dents and scratches). There were no cup holders and no charging stations. The blind had old throw-up on it and no toilet paper! The driver ran over rumble straps quite often. We went over 5 railroad crossing and driver didn't stop, which is a federal and state requirement for professional passenger vehicles. I gave 1 star on the review because we thankfully made it back alive.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a transportation company. We are being chartered from Ft. Polk, LA to Columbus, OH and the bus I am on does not have air conditioning. The driver has AC but none of the passengers have it and it's a 80% full bus. How do you as a company send this mode of transportation in the August heat to transport people on an 18 hour bus ride. I feel that this is unacceptable. No windows were opened, no fans were running, and the driver didn't even try to say sorry. This is a pitiful excuse for a company. You should be held more accountable.

We used this company to travel to Florida (6 Buses) and they are the best! I’d definitely use them from now on. The bus was a newer model, the power outlets and WiFi worked. The bathroom really neat and serviced during the trip. The driver was courteous and professional. I recommend this to everyone!!

My organization chartered this company for transport to and from an exercise. In the movement down they sent a full size bus and an airport shuttle bus, not enough for the 75 personnel and hear. Tjen the replacement bus showed up two hours later without a functioning air conditioner. On the return drive we had two buses ordered, one showed an hour late, and the company said the other was in the area, but we crammed onto the one bus and left the first because the driver claimed that they were going to meet us a couple of hours down the road, I think the drivers and/or the compant was lying. The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give 0.

Buckeye Coach driver almost killed me last evening on I-71. He forced me into the shoulder when his lane was ending. He should be fired and his license revoked. Update: I emailed the company separately on this issue with no response. It’s only a matter of time before this driver kills someone. I would never use this business. God help you if you do!
