A huge thanks to Todd, Joe, and the entire team at the Delaware branch! They expertly repaired a malfunctioning slide-out, only a week before our upcoming three-week Maine coast trip. This was a far superior experience compared to my previous interactions at the Lakeview location with owner David Durnell. Kudos for prioritizing customer satisfaction!

Although I ultimately decided not to purchase the RV, I had a genuinely positive experience with the customer service and salesperson, Mr. Ephraim Daniels with Rv Wholesalers. From the beginning, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, without ever making me feel pressured to buy. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and transparent he was. He provided honest information, helped me compare options, and made sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision—even if that decision meant not moving forward right now. I was stranded in Delaware Ohio with my RV. The generator stopped working and all i had was lights. I called them and they came out and looked at it and said it needed a new pump and filer. They came back and fixed my generator but the part did not work and they had to order another part. They came out and fixed it again. And it now worked. I don't know what I would of done without their great service. The lady in service kept her word about getting the parts and getting a service Tech out to help me.. kept me informed and did a great job along with the mechanic who came out on his day off to fix my broken generator. I am truly grateful for their knowledge and service of my rv. Great company,great people to work with.
