THESE PEOPLE SOLD ME AN UN-SAFE CAR NOT ROAD WORTHY. Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase a vehicle from this place. They buy auctioned cars and re sell which is whatever. They don’t provide you with a title for the vehicle since they don’t own the car until you pay them and they pay the bank. They also could not produce a title at the time of purchase, then had the audacity to charge me to ship the title to me VIA mail. Here’s the best part, the sold me a car that was NOT ROAD WORTHY. not only was the listing completely misleading, the car had significant damage that they tried to withhold information when asked. Great service and honest. Told me what the problems were with the car before driving to MA. Drove all the way from Philadelphia for a great deal on a Audi A3. A bit worried because the car had rust but it’s something you have to expect when you buy cars in MA. I gave 5 stars because they were honest about selling the car “as is” and I was well aware it needed work. A lot of hard work was put into the car and it’s running like brand new. Will be using these guys again.

Horrible! They sell you shit cars that dont run! Won't fix it properly and will not answering any questions or give a refund when told you want one back. They ignored your calls and refused to give any answer for anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

This place sells cars in terrible condition. My husband bought a car here to surprise me, but he ended up being the one surprised. On the very first day, the starter motor failed and left him stranded on his way to work. He had to call a tow truck, and when we took the car to a mechanic, we were told it also had oil leaks. We had to replace the starter motor and fix the leaks. This car was unsafe for our children. My husband paid $3,100 for the car, plus $75 for the tow truck, and another $1,400 to the mechanic, and the dealership refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

I’m only giving 2 starts because they did help with my last issue. BUT I bought my car less than 30 days ago. They insisted it was a great car and I’d get a long time with it. First day I left, tire exploded. Was told it was weathered when I had to go buy a new tire. Then the solenoid was messed up so it wouldn’t start. Then the pulley snapped and belt came off which left me and my two kids on the side of a busy Highway until 11pm. Now the alternator went. It was smoking and cracking. Now it’s dead completely . Can’t even get the trunk open. I called texted and messaged many times and they will not answer me . 3 tows in less than 30 days ? Not okay!
