Budget Car and Truck Rental

My recent experience with Budget-Midtown was great! The employees were very professional, and friendly. The vehicle was just what I needed. I will definitely use them again!

I def shouldn’t have allowed the idea of unlimited miles fool me into thinking Budget was the better option! The entire process was a mess and is seemingly continuing to be a mess! 1. I rsvp’d for the truck I NEEDED (16’) one week in advance for a 9a pick up 2. Made it on reservation day @ 8:55, truck not available; however Barbra did not call prior to me arriving to try and inform me of this yet made it clear that she was aware 3. Promised the truck would be available at non 4. Called 30 mins til noon and said that the truck still was not available; yet she would instead give me a 26’ at the same rate (sounds good right); and it also NOT there but on the way (Intuition told me not to rush to arrive, so I arrived @ 12:30, truck still wasn’t there) 5. I do not smoke and was charged for smoking in the car. Took dog to vet and was charged for that. I personally cleaned the car! I feel they did not want to refund my deposit.🤬

The staff at Budget offer good customer service care they go over the things you need to know about the rental and if a problem exists they make sure you are given the best care while they work to solve the issue.

The lady was very rude and incompetent. We tried to rent a car since we were in a car wreck. They declined our card saying we needed at least $300 on our card even though it's only $144 to rent a car for 2 days. They're saying we can't rent a car since our credit card doesn't have $300 on it
