Budget Car Rental

Tanya was incredibly helpful during my rental process. Although I initially booked a "Surprise Choice" vehicle, she was very flexible when she learned I was traveling with my parents and a baby. She kindly walked me through several options, and I ultimately chose a Kia K4. The car was brand new, spotless, and in excellent condition. While it didn't have built-in navigation, the overall experience was smooth. My only suggestion for improvement would be a bit more flexibility regarding vehicle drop-off times/locations.

Our Infotainment system and navigation did not work for the duration of our trip. Furthermore we rented a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee L and were downgraded to a KIA, not shocking to see all the problems that occurred with such a terrible car brand. We were only offered $50 back on our rental which we were told is the maximum an office is able to refund. The only positive note I have was dealing with Ian at the counter on pickup and return he was very kind and patient with our issues and spoke to the management for us regarding the problem. Thank you Ian you rock!👍🏻 But Boo KIA 👎🏻

Scammy, not renting here anymore. Several times after returning full with gas receipt in the car for them they try to charge $9.90 per gallon for more gas. Lastest one drove 46 miles, left gas receipt for 4.2 gallons. They charged for 3.5 gallons. Trying to tell me a compact car used 7.7 gallons in 46 mi?? 6mpg. No way. SCAM

Online booking was seamless. Budget accepted my AARP discount 😉. Check in was quick and easy. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. I appreciated that we only need to drop off the vehicle and they handle the rest.

The latest rental in Albuquerque was a little disappointing. The outside staff was not terribly helpful. In addition even when I asked for a snow brush they didn't have any. Really could have used when with 6 inches of snow the morning We were heading back to the airport.
