Budget Car Rental, Rented a Nissan Kicks for a couple days. The guy that did the paper work was nice and helpful. Picked up my son and he went to buckle his seat belt in the passenger seat and found that the seat belt had a tear. We took it back to exchange the car (Due to being unsafe) Pulled in there lot and an older lady was working. I didn't know her name. But, she asked me what the problem was. I showed her the seat belt that was torn. She asked me what I wanted to do about it. I asked her what do you think? I want to exchange it, what do you think? She says, that it still buckles. I said I wanted to exchange the car cause it was unsafe. As we are walking in to do the paperwork. The lady said that it wasn't like that when I left with the car. Never again will I come to this location. I travel the country for work and rent cars all over. I have never encountered this before. The car was not cleaned on the outside or inside. The inside of the car smelt like a cow. Dirt stains everywhere. Pretzels in the backseat. Empty soda bottles under the chairs. Just disgusting.

I see a lot of bad reviews, but most are really old. If they had problems in the past, they have fixed them. I got exactly the car the I reserved, and it was clean and new. Only 12K miles on it. The staff was awesome. They drove me to the airport in my car, so didn't need to get the bags out. I filled the tank, they acknowledged it, no charges. Loved it, thank you for making it easy!

I had a great experience with Budget Amarillo. They had a shuttle to take me to the location from the airport, and had plenty of staff to accommodate the 4-5 customers that showed up at that time. The facility itself is older, and my car wasn’t brand new, but their service was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Kyle, and the other crew members were extremely kind and helpful. Even got a brand new Sentra to drive. If you want friendly Budget service, this is the place!
