Budget Car Rental

I love budget. The only time I will use anyone else is if my company is paying for it. Their prices are beyond reasonable and the owner’s customer service is top tier. They will always have my support.

Had a very disappointing experience at this Budget location despite having a confirmed reservation. The staff member (Lynn) was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude, and the interaction felt biased and unprofessional. Basic questions were not answered clearly, and we were ultimately told we were not eligible to rent without any respectful or transparent explanation. This caused major disruption to our same-day travel plans. I expect better customer service and fairness from Budget.

This Budget has ALWAYS taken care of me and my family! The lady at the front desk that seems to be there every day is SO considerate, personable, and helpful. We will always recommend everybody to come here if you want fast, easy, affordable and reliable transportation!

Great customer service! Our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our rental - corporate was unable to do it over the phone since Atlanta budget is a privately owned franchise. They sent us to the athens location to get our rental extended. The women at the front desk was friendly, super fast, and had us back out of buoying our sunday in no time. Thank you to athens Budget!

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no empathy or sympathy for the customer. She was rude and overall had no consideration for the needs of myself or family. I will be calling corporate it’s ridiculous honestly, and I see why this place has low ratings.
