Budget Car Rental

I have used car rentals all the time in the last 2 years I've probably been driving a rental for 5 months of it. I'm very familiar with what constitutes needing a detailing cleaning job and what doesn't. I've even paid for detailing without complaint a few times because it was reasonable (meaning it would take longer than 45 minutes to clean). However, I returned this car with a few crumbs on the floor matt and some salt from the roads on the sides of the car, nothing 30 minutes couldn't fix. Imagine my surprise when i got billed 800 plus for around a week of driving the vehicle. Only thing i can come up with is these people are just incredibly lazy. Go to the Redmond airport they are a much better company for basically the same price. Also, the key they gave me was out of battery from the

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Hope it was worth it since we usually have your vehicles for a month or more. I guess we’ll be giving thousands to a different company. After such a long relationship, you choose to screw us over.

The local office in Bend is so friendly and efficient. Great place to grab a car to go and customer service is always personable and accommodating. Huge thanks to their staff.

We have rented here a couple times a year for the past few years. Did so again recently. Never again!!! Don't let them take your money! Do not trust anything they say!

Absolute bullshit! These people are just out for your money, They don’t tell you their gonna run your credit, they take your money and then they tell you they will cancel your reservation and not do it so if you don’t pay attention and it doesn’t get canceled soon enough you never get a refund
