WATCH YOUR FINAL BILL!!! I rented a vehicle for the day and at the time of pickup I declined all of the insurance and fuel charge. When I returned and had the final bill emailed, I had a $17.99 charge for fuel service when I returned the vehicle back with a full tank of gas. I went in and saw Samantha who confirmed that I was overcharged. She said she couldn’t refund me but that her manager would do it. A week later nothing was refunded. I went to see her and she again made a call and I was told “my manager will get to it but it’s going to take a while…” three weeks later still No refund. Watch your bills and make sure you don’t drop off without reviewing your bill. I finally was refunded after launching a complaint with the credit card company. This place scams! Left a very expensive fishing rod and ez-pass in my rental after a hectic unloading prior to returning the vehicle. Had to go in person to make an inquiry about lost and found items because no one would answer the phone. Went back twice, haven’t heard a peep back. I will no longer use budget or avis personally and they are now removed from our corporate rental list.

FINAL BILL. Budget is a scam. I will never use them for a rental again. The final bill had all kinds of sketchy fees. When confronted about it they refunded part of the bill and still charged us over $100 in bs fees. They refused to email us documentation and were extremley rude on the phone. STAY AWAY

Reserved a 12 seater van for 10/11 on 08/24 (two months in advance). Despite multiple confirmation and reminder emails the facility called us on 10/07 (four days before the rental date) to tell us they weren’t able to fulfill the request, leaving us hanging for our vineyard tours this coming weekend. Wont ever be reserving here again.

The worst company for exchanges. Had a flat tire and had multiple issues with the exchange. Also we were given an Uber code and it did not work called company again and they could not transfer the phone call to the right extension. The first customer rep had an attitude really? Second was outsourced and did not understand the issue. Budget is right.
