Budget Car Rental

The team was friendly and fast. Very smooth transaction. They were very professional even when handling customers that weren't very experienced in renting cars and made recommendations to ensure the customer would have a good experience. Avoiding cramped space for passengers. Saw another customer that was upset due to booking on a 3rd party site. The issue did not appear to be the fault of the rental agency based on the conversation. The customer did not understand car sizes, but the woman behind the counter explained it in detail for the customer.

Giving 2 stars because Jesse is nice and helpful! But the front desk worker Ashton is not a nice woman at all. She seems to want to drive customers away instead of retaining us. She’s very passive aggressive and condescending when talking to customers. When i came in a couple of days ago, an older woman was at the counter seeming irate with Ashton. I was next in line and i learned why. When i came to return the key, she was helping a man before me. She seemed nice to him but when it came to my turn, i was met with the same nasty attitude and crude tone from a few days before. When i came early January to pick up vehicles for the army, it was not Ashton at the front desk and things ran smoothly. This time, for personal use, it was a completely different experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I booked my car online three months in advance. Called the day of to make sure my 7 passenger car would be ready. They said at 12 they would have a 7 seater car. Waited until 12 and no 7 passenger seater. They only had 5. I booked in advance and called the day of and still didn’t get a 7 passenger car. It made our whole road trip miserable. Worse car experience ever! Don’t come here!

Always a pleasure doing business with this location. The sweet lady at the desk is so helpful and they get you checked in and on your way as quick as possible. Will continue renting from them in future.

Great staff, excellent vehicles, and rates. I always love working with Bonnie when coming to pick up my rentals.
