Budget Car Rental

I had an amazing experience at the Budget car rental. Kevin was really helpful and made the experience super enjoyable, I would definitely come here again only because of his costumer service.

If I could put zero stars I would!! KEVIN C at this location was beyond RUDE. I prepaid for my rental and he told the security deposit was $250. I was never told that and when I asked him if he could call the manager or help in anyway because my limit on my credit card was $200. HE LAUGHED IN MY FACE! I never have been treated so poorly. I’m disgusted with the customer service. He should be fired! It’s okay if you couldn’t accommodate me but to laugh at someone is APPALLING. I am a fast break member and rent cars all of the time, and also have prepaid before and this never has been an issue. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET AGAIN!!

Worst rental ever. Reserved a full size car. Went to pick up. No car. Take this big suv. We don't drive suv. Sorry. Take this sub compact beat up central. Filthy dirty in and out. No washer fluid to clean windshield. Rattle junk. Very unhappy.
